I just went from the 275/55 to 275/60 on my BigHorn Nite Edition. Fit perfectly and no rubbing. Mine has about 1-1.5" of poke now because I also switched wheels. I went with a 1mm offset instead of the stock 19mm. It fits great and looks even better. No pics, because we have crappy weather here...
Yeah, my payment was going to go up over $100 a month, and that was on a 84 month loan. I already have 2 years paid off of my current loan, so decided against trading for now. Just got my wheels and tires on, so glad I finally pulled the trigger! It's crappy weather here, so won't be taking pics...
New wheels and tires go on tomorrow. I'm excited! I went with Fuel Ripper 20x9 with 1mm offset and 275/60/20 Falken WildPeak AT3's. I am literally like a kid on Christmas. But gotta wait til tomorrow. My truck is reverse leveled now, but I may take out the rear drop springs and put the stock...
2020 Big Horn 4wd 31,400 miles. Camera went out today. I tried restarting the truck, nothing. Not sure what is wrong with it. Any easy fixes? Nothing has changed in my area except we had snow and sleet yesterday. But it worked this morning.
I ordered my wheels and tires this morning. So keeping what I have for now. But, on the way home from the store the backup camera stopped working. Don't know if its a software issue or what. I will get to the bottom of it.
Thanks guys, again, I appreciate all your thoughts. And again, there is nothing on my current truck I would change, it has everything I want or need. I don't need a Laramie or the other creature comforts that come with it. I am simply used to trading every 1.5-2 years. Sometimes sooner, but I...
Thanks guys, I appreciate those who have expressed their thoughts. Keep them coming.
A little backstory, I was very very interested in the new Tundra that has come out. And I mean very interested, as the Tundra has always been one of my favorite trucks. But, I do window tint for a living, so I...
First, I am always more on the side of trade myself, as I trade at least every 2 years. But, I am torn in this decision for the first time in my life. My truck will be 2 years old Feb 7th, and it is a 2020 Big Horn 4wd with the Night edition pkg. It has the dual panel sunroof, which I love. It...
Not really able to help on the wheels, as I have the same ones, but I am simply going to add 275/60/20 A/T tires and be done with it on mine. I need new tires now anyway. I have gone back and forth with wheels and tires and lowering or leveling. Now just going to do the tires only. But I am also...
Not sure about that, but mine is a 4wd (non ORP) and I have never bottomed out on anything at all. But, I also don't haul or tow with my truck. So I can't speak on that.
The 5th gen Ram looks good lowered or leveled/lifted. It has had me torn on which direction for almost two years of ownership. With the lift/level route, you seem to have more wheel choices and even the stock wheels look great with a nice A/T-M/T tire. But, since I only keep something about 2...
Mine is reverse leveled now, but not fully lowered. The only companies making lowering kits are MaxTrac and Inez unless something changed in the last couple of days. I wanted to lower mine initially, and still love a lowered truck. But I am very very peculiar about the ride of my truck, so I...
Definitely use the rings, DO NOT rely solely on the tapered lug holes. I am speaking from experience. If you are using shank style lugs, which these trucks don't use, you would be ok without the rings. But using acorn style lugs, use the rings. You can't torque the lugs all the way to spec while...
