I bought my truck in Oct. 2024. Had CEL within 3 days of owning it. Has been persistent ever since. Going in the Dealership Tuesday for 4th time. After this, I intend to pursue a lemon law claim. Additionally, my truck gets HORRENDOUS gas mileage. 13-15 mpg.
My feeling is there’s a...
Are you getting the liner from the dealership or from an outside company? I want one. Would likje to take advantage of dealer pricing (have a coupon), but concerned with the quality of the job.
There are also magnetic charging cables that don't pass data. It has a dongle that plugs into your phone, and a wire that plugs into your truck. They connect magnetically. Charge, but no data. Kind of neat.
You can call other dealers and ask if your Tundra qualifies for the Conquest rebate. Most likely, they are telling you the truth regarding the promotional APR. If you read the fine print, it usually even states it in both the promotional APR and the chrysler rebate.
From the fine print on the...
Something I found on another forum that makes a lot of sense:
"The lid is warped of course, but nothing can be done about that, it’s a long piece of plastic being held down in the center and pushed up on the edges by a spring. "
MIne pretty much looks just like the picture. The cap is warped more than the lid. Wonder if it's only the cap that's warped and if removed, the lid would return to normal?? Not that I would EVER try it, but I wonder if the use of heat could remove the warping??
Definitely did not fix the issue. I have minor warping/fit issues with mine. It's a minor annoyance. When I first noticed it, I really had to look to verify if I was seeing something wrong, or if it was just my imagination. I don't see the value in sending it in for service. Too concerned...
So I had a chance to play with it in my truck and I'm experiencing the same thing Maverick and Moparleo are. In USB ports 1, 2, and 3 it will connect, lose connection, blink, reestablish connection and repeat. It works like it should in the console USB port and port #4. I'm wondering if...
If you don't listen to music, I don't think there's any reason to sign up. If you play hardball, you can get them down to $4-$6 a month, but that's not for all access.
There are other things besides music (talk radio, news, etc.), but it's hard to say that's worth $120 a year.
I just got OP's set up. Haven't installed yet. But in playing with the charger, it seems to blink when it senses the phone, but can't charge (ie placement is less than ideal.) Maybe Maverick and Moparleo can play with placement, to see if that makes any difference.
