Wifi is working on my truck and nobody can tell me how

Truck randomly won’t start
There are a couple things that can cause that . 1) bad battery 2) bad ground wire 3) one of the battery cables are loose , like the negative cable where it connects under the truck . 4) the anti theft system- Fatherof3

Uconnect5 no Sirius need some help pleaee
You can call SXM and have them resend the signal but you need your radio ID . Doesn’t sound like that’s the problem but it’s free if it works .- Fatherof3
