I had a worse experience with Koons finance office. They claimed that there was a problem with my social security number and could not get me the 0% finance offer available at that time. Got a 4.49% loan rate, told that I HAD to make three payments and THEN could refinance. I refinanced a...
On my buyers order. The Mike Monroney sticker on my vehicle shows the 1695 destination charge and then on they buyers order on the second line it shows another 1695 destination charge. I had visited a couple of other dealers and questioned them about it and they replied that everyone does it.
I was charged TWICE for the destination charge from Koons last year, sure would like them to refund that charge back to me, and then you have their finance office............................
A number of things, problems with the finance department, charged twice for freight, was not able to get 0% financing even with a 830 plus credit score, finance department telling me there was a problem with my social security number, high finance rate then told I had to make at least three...
I bought a year ago from them, sticker had the destination charge and then on the buyers order it was charged again. I questioned this and was told that it is the way they do business with everyone. Went to finance department and was told that there was problem with my social security number...
Very interesting, their selling prices exclude Tax, Title, Registration, Electronic filing fees, Processing fee of $899 AND FREIGHT. You would think that the $899 processing fee would include the registration and so called Electronic Filing Fees.

If I had to buy a new RAM today I would crawl on my knees over broken glass to Mark Dodge versus going to Koons Dodge. Double charge on destination fees, $899 processing fees, a finance department that operates on lies and deceit, I will never step foot into any of their dealerships again...
Koons Ram has a processing fee of $899. They show a List price and then their WOW price, a price that you think you would pay. This price does NOT include the $899 so called processing fee AND it does not include the freight charge. The processing fee is added as well as a second destination...
