Hey guys I got the 40.1 installed. I upgraded from 39.7. Huge difference for me in navigation performance even on the older map. Overall much snappier.
Also my “Search and go” feature came back after it was gone at the 39.7 update, and now the Ram app in my iPhone shows fuel level, tire PSI...
Could be. But then I ask how does my hill start assist work? I must have some sort of sensor that tells the truck it’s leaning one way or another. I guess we’ll see in time.
Would we need sensors for timers though? I’m sure the car now has the ability to record distance and speed over elapsed time.
Unless sensors are required to ensure level and allow a launch. If So performance pages on 19-20 are just cool for the few horsepower and torque gauges.
For reference...
I was able to get the performance pages on my 12”. Now how do we use the timers? On my vehicle dynamics page everything is zeroed so I may not have the g sensors required. But what about the 0-60 timers and such?
Would this apply on a 2020 Radio I updated to 39.7?
My 2020 came with the 12” radio and it was a 34.something or 35.something software. It was working fine, but then after the update via usb to 39.7, I lost all connected services. But I can still lock and unlock via the phone app.
Any luck with this? I update my radio today to 39.7 and upgraded the Sirius guardian to the highest package, but now my SOS, Assist, Sirius Travel link, Search and GO and anything Sirius guardian related is not working.
Unlock and lock from the app are working so there’s definitely some...
Same thing here. I’ve just started hot spotting to my phone rather than pulling the battery so often. And I have not successfully reset the radio using any method of buttons, On a 2020 bighorn.
Would love proper instructions on the process. Maybe have to leave the door open, or have the truck...
Any chance anyone can tell me the full parts list for adding only the rear footwell lighting that goes to the white tab with the 2 holes mentioned earlier?
Tried to follow along on the thread and got lost.
2020 Big horn level 2 with 1 Dimmer wheel, and front footwell and overhead LED lightning.
I put just a panel filter in mine. No difference noted honestly other than the ability to take out and clean at my leisure.
I like to think it’s maybe given some airflow. Maybe...
Well Guys, I haven't been able to find anything regarding the lights and plugs needed to add footwell lighting to the rear footwells of my Big Horn. To recap I have a 2020 Big Horn Night Edition, with Premium Lighting group, and my ambient lighting is above the center console, and in the driver...
I’ve had one on my 2014 long bed, 2016 short bed, and am now reusing the 2016s on my 2020. No issues the whole time. And water intrusion is just a few drops at most under hard rain. And it plays nice with the MFT.
I am looking to upgrade to a hard folding model soon. But for the time being...
As a side note I went out to check out the ambient lighting I had aka footwell lights and they adjust in brightness with the single dial I have for the
Dash brightness.
I understand Laramie and up have a specific dial for it. But mi e is just one that controls both. Just info for anyone that...
Maybe it has to do with having the premium lighting group on my big horn?
Really I’d like to just add the rear footwell lighting. Just to even out the with the fronts. Any one have any leads on how to do the rear only?
I have a level 2 and I have the lighting from the overhead console, and the two front footwells. If there is anywhere else it can have lighting I’d like to add it though!
Updated no issues. On startup I had maybe 15 seconds of load up time. It had the 5 loading dots blinking the whole time. But audio playing from my phone. Looked around and everything seems the same. My EQ stayed the same, and couldn’t tell if the actual sound changed any. Looked around and it...
There’s little things here and there I wish it would fix that would polish the system overall. Like when you shut off the truck... the systems keeps playing audio for 2-3 seconds more then abruptly mutes. Can’t they make the audio fade out upon shut off? Just little nit picks here and there that...
