Ugh! So I brought the truck to a different dealer after the previous one was appalling to work with. HOWEVER, they said that the window will not be fixed as it isn't actively leaking. They will note it so that next time they have a record, but that doesn't mean that if I am out of warranty...
"we'll look at it and if it is actually a warranty issue then we'll cover your rental and fix it, if it isn't then you will have to pay for the rental and the diagnostic fee".
So, just noticed that my back window trim is cracked. After a search I see something about a leak. I don't think I have a leak,I've not noticed water or damp, but I don't want it to get that far. Will the dealer replace? I am at about 30k and 30 months in.
thank youñ
Happens all the time with mine. I have asked the dealer about it multiple times and they say there is nothing wrong with it. I will try to get it on video to see if it is the same.
These are the links to the ones I purchased.

I have the same issue on my 2020 Rebel. Yes, I said Rebel. I had the steps installed at the dealer before I took ownership. I thought it was just a side effect of that, but I guess not. It actually just happened the other day.
Wow, first, thank you for all the great advice! I plan to keep great records as I always have. I know it isn't necessary and overkill, but I'm going to change my first oil at 2500, then 5000 and then every 5000 after that.
Pennzoil platinum just dropped to $16.24 per 5qts at Walmart and...
Hey all,
I am going to be doing my first oil change despite the dire warning from the finance person at the dealership. She warned that if I don't have it done and logged at their place or equivalent shop I would be voiding my warranty and will run into problems. I don't see how that is...
That is awesome! I ordered my Rebel before the diesel was available. Wish I had waited a few weeks because I think I would have preferred it, but oh well it is what it is. I have been going EASY on the throttle and I am getting around 15 now.....but if I want to drive it like I stole...
I'd be interested in the outcome, because when I ordered my 2020 Rebel I thought I was getting the wireless charger, heated rear seats, and remote tailgate but it didn't have it. The salesman showed me a printout afterwards saying that I didn't order it, which is crazy because I ordered...
He showed me a print out that listed all the items, I think the code was AFB or something close to that. Regardless, it isn't a huge deal, but annoys me.
The LEDs are in the brake light. What is interesting, and makes me think they are just depleting old stock, is that in some videos on...
I use 87 octane. I have 1600 miles on mine. If I drive easy to and from work which is mostly 35-40mph backroads I get around 13-13.5. If I drive like I want I get 12.5.
5.7 non e-torque, 3.92
I recently bought a 2020 Rebel too. Overall I am happy with it, but I'll share my thoughts and WTF was FCA thinking:
1. Cameras: For a truck that is supposed to be offroad, I don't understand the lack of at least the front camera. All the other 1500s can have it, why not this one. Also...
Thank you. Yeah, I don't see the option on the configurator, but when I was in the truck I realized I didn't have the Ram Charger and asked about it. The salesman went to check with his manager and he came back with a printout that showed I didn't order the package that included the Ram...
