Sounds horrible! I have a 2019 lifted Rebel on 35” Goodyears. K&N intake, Borla exhaust. Jut did a round trip of ~350 miles with +/- elevation change over the Rocky Mountains of Colorado on I-70.
was shocked at 19.4mpg & just under 1/4 in tank still when I got home.
I did run 91 octane premium...
I love my Pulsar but after ~4K miles the check engine light came on. I disconnected negative battery post. Popped off the plugs to the Pulsar. Cleaned all around & plugged back in. Reconnected battery & poof the check engine light is gone. Hope it stays that way!

For daily driving I find “Stock” setting the best for power & fuel economy. “Economy” is too sluggish for city driving with throttle response lagging. I’ve also not seen much difference between “Stock” and “Economy” on hwy trips so prefer to leave it in “Stock” since gas pedal is more...
Pulsar absolutely helps in stock mode vs original stock mode without Pulsar. Gas pedal responds differently & transmission shifts more efficiently. IMO mpg improvement on hwy is coming from lower RPM when over 70mph.
Plus the Pulsar is just fun when in “Performance MDS Off”!!
I’ve played...
Yep, did hand calc too and got same numbers +/- .1
Prior to all of my mods I was maxing at ~16hwy.
I did CAI & Borla at and time. Noticed small increase. Then added lift & Ironman All Country M/T and dropped to 14.
Added Pulsar, bed cover & swapped to Goodyear Ultra Terrain A/T. Huge ride...
Ran another hwy test with Puksar set in “Stock” mode. Aurora,CO to Boulder 20.3mpg. Then Boulder back to Aurora 19.7mpg (not back to the exact place...just a few miles from original starting point)
Ride up had light traffic so was able to set cruise control with little interference. Ride back...
If you haven’t updated your computer to recognize the larger diameter of 35’s your mpg average, odometer & speedometer are wrong by ~6%.
When I installed Pulsar I updated for my 35” tires & verified speed vs GPS. I’m getting 14-15 city and 18.8-20.3 hwy at -75 MPH

You running pure gas or %ethanol?
I see a drop when using gas with ethanol.
Other than that I’m not sure what the difference would be. I don’t think my bed cover would reduce that much wind drag haha.
Who knows for sure unless we drive the same route at the same time ♂️
Truck has 4,500 miles in it. I also used 91 octane & no %ethanol.
What kind of tires are you running? My Goodyear Ultra Terrains are amazing!! Best A/T I’ve ever had for ride, noise & look.
Will do! I usually run”Stock” mode with Automatic start/stop engaged in the city and get about 14.9mpg with a moderate foot. Drops to about 14 when I play in “Performance MDS Off” but who cares about mpg in that mode when the Hemi is roaring while people stare at the beast launching like a...
I’m rolling 35” Goodyear Ultra Terrains. Very smooth & quiet at hwy speeds.
I have Pulsar installed & just saw 18.8MPGs on fairly short hwy trip at ~5,600’ of elevation on fairly flat terrain. This run was in “Economy” mode and I’ll do the same route next week in “Stock” mode. I’ll continue...
Tested the “Economy” settings on my Pulsar. Fairly short highway trip on mostly flat terrain at elevation of ~5,600’ at 75MPH. 18.8MPG with all of my mods isn’t too bad compared to what I’ve seen on other posts.
I’ll be doing the same drive next week in “Stock” mode to compare. Then I’ll try...
Exactly what happened to mine on the left side. Heard the clunk when backing into a parking spot and again the next day during low speed turn.
Got home & put a wrench on the upper sway bar links. Both needed tightened but the driver side was really loose. No more clunk sound after...that was...
