Stop complaining about gas mileage !!!!

I’ll miss my baby, traded her for the ram. But what I’m getting in the truck is FAR better than what I got in the Chally. 10-12 mpg on a heavily modded 5.7. So anything is any improvement. But I’m getting between 16-18 city and that’s pretty choice.

When are you doing your first oil change?

First oil change after 500 miles (typical “break in” period for motors (old school rules). I do it early since the surfaces are still mating to each other and there is usually a fair amount of metal shavings I don’t want floating around. Then I’ll change again at 1,500 miles just to make sure...

    305/55/20 Ridge Grapplers XL

My opinion, you can never be too meaty/wide. I’ve got 295/60 Trail Grapplers on stock 20’s and couldn’t be happier.

BFGoodrich T/A KO2 vs Nitto Rodge Grappler

I went with Nitto Trail Grapplers (295/60R20 aka 33.9x11.6). My whole reasoning was a lot of the guys I off-road with have them and I’ve gotten a lot of exposure to them and of course they look amazing... Road noise is not noticeable at all, unless you’re driving with windows down and no radio...

    2" level, 35x12.50 tires rub

That’s my point. Without a lift AND negative offset, true 35x12.5 will not safely fit.

Off Road Parks and Places to get away.

Well, that depends... legal or illegal? Rausch Creek is, as you said, a day trip. But if it’s a quick/fun day, there’s always the the general pine barrens or Wharton State Forrest (shhh...)

    2" level, 35x12.50 tires rub

This most certainly is life and death information, haha. I found the vid on his profile. Truck looks nice but I’d like to see the sidewall for the actual tire size. Kudos if he got true 35x12.5 tires to fit on stock rims with zero offset. Anyone that tries it, I wish the best of luck. I have a...

    2" level, 35x12.50 tires rub

Not trying to be argumentative. I’m running 295/60R20 trail grapplers and it wasn’t happening with mine being stock and wanting to maintain clearance for off-road. You may fit the 285/55r22’s seeing as they’re gonna be almost .5” narrower.

    2" level, 35x12.50 tires rub

Was there a spacer used on the other truck? As far as I’m aware, to have absolutely zero touch/rubbing anywhere, you need a minimum total lift of 3.5” over stock to fit 35’s and you need offset to fit 12.5 wide. I had the level kit install and I’m on 20’s and 35x12.5 rubbed. ‍♂️ Was there a...

    Stock 20's Tire question

Bite the bullet and find a local shop that’ll do the install and alignment. I put on the Rough Country 2” level and was able to fit 34x11.5’s on 20” rims with no touching anywhere. The level finishes the truck off really well, gives it a nice look like it should have already. I paid $480 for the...

    2" level, 35x12.50 tires rub

100% right. I had the RC level installed and had them rough fit some 35’s and it wasn’t happening. 2” level will get you 34x11.5 on 20’s without any issues and it looks just as good.

    Cost for level kit install?

I threw the Rough Country level kit on to make the grapplers fit. Refused to go through the dealer due to the high pricing. I got the level installed, alignment and 5 tires mounted/balanced for $480
