I tapped the mirror harness. Punk/yellow hot and black ground. Works great. Whats the down side? I used T taps and red spades for connection. Also used factory vord. Btw escort green is ground red is hot. Yellow and black not used.

Do a search on cold air intakes on youtube. All of these intakes are dyno tested with the hood up and a fan blowing into the engine bay. Most dont seal as well as the factory ram box And none do better. Turn the fan off and close the hood and watch those dyno gains vanish.
