I ran into same issue with FOB range. Turns out my recently-installed dash cam - when running in active park mode - was interring with the range. With park mode turned off, the range increased from about 50 feet back to several hundred feet.

I don't believe it does. I have to enable WiFi whenever I communicate with it via my phone. Viofo A129 Duo

Some good thoughts! Now I'm wondering if the recently-added dash cam, running in parking mode, could be there culprit? I'll check it out and let you guys know.

That's the thing, reception is poor regardless of where I'm at, which makes me think it's something onboard the truck. Anyone know the trunk's antenna location for the FOB?
