I think there is a section in the menu about having a wake up word like Hey Ram or something like that. You can disable it to where you have to push the voice control button to activate voice commands.

Well it automatically dims the lights, turns the radio up when you go faster, knows you have a trailer and how long it is, automatic power steps, automatic braking and gas with ACC. Is this too much to ask? LOL!!!!

They really don't affect the lights much.

I don't understand why it doesn't disable it when a trailer is attached. You are smart enough to know there is a trailer and how long it is, but dumb enough to think I am going to hit something when it is there. Is there a setting that I am missing in the settings screen?

Well, I got nothing from the dealer. No insight, not anything but a filthy truck when I picked it up. If I see it continue to act up, I am going to order a door handle and swap out one side to see if it fixes it.
