I had this issue with the 1500. It got so bad that it wouldn't allow me to put more then a gallon in before clicking off. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the fuel neck. Haven't had the issue since.

I don't have the measurement offhand but I did order https://moparonlineparts.com/1500-wheel-locks-p-8558.html. They are the same width but they are not the same length as the factory lugs, look to be about 1/2 to 1 in longer. I am using them for now but I may replace them in the future with...
