What type of oil? what weight? This is just lifter tick IMHO. Throw a bottle or 2 of seafoam(look at the ratio) into the engine, maybe a particulate got into the lifter and just needs a little boot. depending on how much you drive, change the oil after 500-1k miles. Then Try a heavier weight of...
Problem was there before the lift kit was installed. After doing a lot of research, I think it’s a drivetrain issue IMHO but none the less with gas prices where they are at now and the ecodiesels getting 30+mpg, it’s a good time to swap out.
Thanks for the feedback everyone! I found a few Rebel Eco’s near me, going to do a some test driving this weekend and hopefully I can get a good price for my ‘19 Laramie. But sick to my stomach a brand new ‘19 $65k and the dealership won’t even look at it because it’s been modified with a lift...
Do any of the y'all, both V8 and Eco Diesel, have the wobble at high speeds like a slew of us 1500 DT's are having? I love my truck ('19 Laramie) but the issue is so bad now my wife refuses to drive/ride in it and its causes my 3yr olf to vomit on multiple occasions.
Link to issues -...
Bringing this to the top. I am having the same issues. Its so bad that my son(3yrs old) gets physically sick and throws up. I think we need to get FCA or RamCare involved.
Yep! Completely understood. I wanted the BDS lift for my 2019 Laramie w/ air ride but ended up going with RC’s 5” lift and I’m glad I did. 5” lift is exactly what I wanted. My setup is a Rough Country 5” lift with the upgrade v2’s in the rear, 1.5” hubcentric spacers (you need -12 for the...
Thanks! Yep! All settings are working just like normal. Just did a trip from Tampa, FL to The Keys and didn’t have a single issue. Rode very smooth even when bumping the tire pressure from 40 to 46.
Just like the title says… I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie w/ air ride… and I finally pulled the trigger. Bought 35x12.5r20’s Nitto Grapplers and thought i would put the daystar pucks and Revel links on but the shop I took it to didn’t want to install the pucks due to it being against...
How it sits in stock form, you won’t be able to add that size without at least leveling. You might have to do some very minor trimming as well but nothing a Dremel or Grinder can’t handle.
Just installed 1.5” KSP’s. I will say they fit damn good and am very impressed with quality. And so far so good. I Drop the truck off tomorrow to get the RC 5” lift installed with 35x12.5r20’s on the factory wheels (for now). Will post pictures once everything is installed.
Having the RC 5" lift w/ the V2 Mono's, mopar UCA, and 35x12.5r20 Ridge Grapplers installed on the factory 20's on Wednesday. Will post pictures when I get it back.
35x12.5r20 on the stock 20x9’s. Simple 2” level kit and very minimal trimming from what I am told. Never went that route tho, just ordered a 5” lift kit
