My dealer told me that they cannot order a new Rebel 12 with an eTorque V8 until January (or even later) due to supply chain problems with the eTorque system itself. Can anyone confirm this info for me? If it's not one thing, it's another... :(

The lack of 12" screen upgrade, strange cloth seats, and the red interior were the only items holding me back on the new Rebel (versus an upcoming Night Edition Laramie, for instance). Now, I just need to convince myself that the red interior isn't terrible... maybe it will grow on me? Uhg...
