Uconnect showing software update failed re-insert usb device..
Just recently had this happen OTA update killed battery in 2021 1500 BH 8.4" UC 4 (non nav). Been back and forth w/ram, uconnect, & dealership. Truck doesn't even have 60K miles on it, options are: no headunit, wait for a replacement, pay out of pocket for aftermarket...what a joke looking at...- T40M13GUN
