I'm having the same issue with mine. I am waiting on the dealership to get a loaner for me so they will check it out. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to get them to fix it with out all the Hassel of bringing it back multiple times.

Well it’s been almost a week and mines still doing good no problems looks like software update might have fixed it.

Well I finally got mine back to dealer to update the computer/radio yesterday and so far so good 24 hrs later. Keep you updated

I've been waiting on the dealer to get back with me about my issue. He said he was ordering a new antennae 3+ weeks ago but haven't herd from him or he isn't returning my calls !!! Go figure!!! Guess there waiting on the manufacture to issue a update.. And I don't think they take it serious...

well amplifier didn't work on mine so dealer is ordering a new antennae. See what happens with that!!!!

Hello I have the same issue with mine since a day old. Dealer has been working on it with no success. Changed the amplifier 2 days ago but today the same thing. GOING BACK TO DEALER!!!!!!
