I've changed the oil every 5k miles just about, always used synthetic. I do also hear a more pronounced ticking sound now. Would the lifter really have gone bad after less than 20k miles?- CarGuyMatt28

Hey everyone, I have a 2019 ram 1500 with the 5.7l motor. The truck only has 19k miles. Just recently, I turned the truck on, and immediately started getting misfires.
