Lost all sound out of UConnect!
Anyone have any updates on fixes? My 2021 1500 just started doing this. I’ve done soft reset, disconnected the battery, took it to the dealer who updated the software and still the sound goes off randomly. Like post above, everything else works, including the microphone.
