Do those sensors automatically relearn without any sort of programming?

Just got this code on my Big Horn 1500. Have an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I noticed a decrease in mpg too, maybe 1-2 mpg dropped. That probably means it’s a little more serious than just the gas cap. Will update as to what the dealer does with it.
