2019 Rams w/12 inch screen whats your software version?
19.45.3 got it yesterday over the air, took approx 45 min it did reset the presets on the radio. only problem i was having with older version was sometimes after backing up., the cameras would not turn off, then the screen froze. happened about 4 times, i am sure this...- Bletz

mine is now 19.49.13 and yes it does delete the presets on the radio- Bletz

mine just updated yesterday, dont know how to get to the above screen so i dont know what the number is. the update was over the air and took approx 45 min 2019 limited- Bletz
