My 2019 Laramie has this issue as well as a few other major issues. FCA does not seem to care and I'm starting to give up that there will ever be a fix. I wish I had my 2017 Bighorn back.

Thanks for the adjustment tip. I have been having to nearly put my tailgate in the back seat to get the tailgate open notification to go off :)

My 2019 Laramie does the same thing. Seems suspension related, hard to reproduce though. Sounds like a thud under the floor of the truck.
