Interesting happenings tonight....both keyfobs not recognized by the truck...only way in was the app, but not start capable...towed to a dealer tomorrow...this f*cking truck....

Not a check engine light but my SOS light is lite red. I can't turn it off and I haven't initiated any SOS calls. How do I turn this off?

I've noticed a "service uconnect" pop up a lot as well. Dealership couldn't reproduce the pop up so they didn't do anything. I hope my infotainment system doesn't die on me.

I did ask about the transmission level due to no dipstick as well. It doesnt even have a digital display for that fluid level. The service tech guy just kind of looked away suggesting to bring it in, which in some cases would be too late or a waste of time and money if the level is correct...

Helpful oil change information. I have a 2025 Ram 1500 Laramie but I'm sure this goes for all 2025s with the digital oil indicator...If you get an oil change the dealer has to reset your oil level by running the vehicle to 180 degree F, park on level ground, and then shutting off the vehicle...

No...and now it's multiple times a day. Radio still works for now. When it was in for an oil change the tech said they couldn't reproduce the pop up so nothing was done.

There has got to be a Lemon Law lawyer that could help. I assume you documented everything so enough exhibits representing how messed up the truck is should be a sure win and no windfall penalty for you from the defective crap you are dealing with. Sorry you haven't got resolve brotha.

So...took my truck in for a Service (oil change and tire rotation) and mentioned the UConnect kept popping up to have a dealer service it. When I picked up the truck the Service Tech said the technician couldn't reproduce the results but if it happens again to bring it back in....lol...WHAT...

That seems a bit wrong. The VIN history should follow the vehicle where ever it gets serviced at a dealer. How do they track factory recalls, software updates, etc.? Wow

Do maintenance records transfer from dealership to dealership? I'm going to try a Ram dealership closer to my home and am wondering if my maintenance history will be available to the new dealership and vice versa if I toggle back and forth based on availability to get my truck in for maintenance.

I'd like to know that as well...thinking of some upgrades soon...

Anyone have a Service Uconnect System at Dealership pop on their Infotainment screen? I had this pop up twice and disappear. Doesnt appear to be affecting anything and I'd rather not have to go to the dealership unless I have to. Thank you in advance.
