This may be 3 years to late but in case anyone like me who needed the same advice the rear grills just pop off. Slowly pop off each corner with a trim tool. Headliner Speaker upgrade Ram 5th Gen 20231500 limited
I've seen many people wanting to upgrade the Alpine or Harman Kardon audio system. There has not been much posted on the headliner removal or what actually fits in the stock locations.
