Celica GT has the 2.2L. I wish it was the GTS.
I have the repair manual and give things a shot but I have an ace mechanic across the street with his own lift and house projects taking up my time. The repair manual is great for figuring things out, it has no OBD port, don't have to deal with...
1988 and 1990 look like the same generation. The one I have is in decent shape and it gets thumbs up every so often. I picked it up from the original owner with 153K in 2013 and put 40K on it, it was my son's daily driver. I believe the motor is bullet proof.
Man of my own heart. 1990 Celica 193K+. Unfortunately I let my 1985 Corolla SR5, 5 speed go and wife's 1984 Celica liftback, 5 speed. The 1990 Celica is automatic, not as much fun. I think my 1985 was 75 hp.
Someone installed a plug in the bumper opposite the 7 plug. Looked really good and balanced, not sure why he did the install, may have been for a battery tender. I bought the plug with the intent to install and route using the path of the bed lights' install procedure. On my bucket list, for...
My NJ dealer where I bought my 2019 is offering me a great deal which expires Dec. 31st. Check out the 10 yr 100,000 mi warranty availability time line.
This is the guy to talk to, many have purchased on this forum from him and all seem happy...
Good point on the longevity issue. My buddy is on his second Bak Flip. I figure he got tired of the leaking and his Gorilla tape wasn't working. Maybe he should have tried Flex Seal. My Bak Flip did leak from the seams and side eventually. Diamond Back wouldn't work for his use and...
FYI, He went from a Bak Flip to a roll and breaks down the pros and cons.
My Bak Flip started to leak in several places and went with a Truxedo Sentry CT (balance between looks, security, driver visibility and useability). I never drove with the Bak Flip against the window considering how the...
This is my spare wheel. It did not hold up so well in my opinion. I threw another coat of primer and trim paint after some serious prep and cleaning. If you are going to use steel rims for snow tires they made need some attention at the end of the season or after a few years.
I don't know what your budget is but craigslist often has Ram rims listed. If you are looking for just 18" rims they are available. Many change out the rims for custom and 18 Bighorn rims are plentiful. I don't use facebook marketplace but it seems the place to look.
I have a 2019 Bighorn. I believe the 2019s do not have the wire there. I have looked on a few occasions and have not found it. Not sure what is in this thread but it starts out stating the wire diagram does not show a wire there.
CHMSL wire tap for topper
No, should just pick up readings after a short ride.
I've had 5 different sets of OEM tires and TPMS and all reset on their own,
just put snow tires on and I believe it reset within 2 or 3 miles.
