Well it seems that I am not the only one having trouble. It seems to possibly be an issue with the new version of alphaobd. That now includes 2019 and 2020 bcms.

Please keep us updated as to the response from alphaobd. I have the same problem and am frustrated at this point much like yourself. Hopefully they have a solution or can provide a previous version for us to use.

Yeah I don’t have that in the evic.. even after truck has sat overnight. I’ll try to disconnect battery and reconnect since I didn’t do that during install. Probably won’t help but maybe?

Ok this may be a stupid question. Do you need a trailer hooked up to access the trailer menu in the evic?

Ok yeah mine doesn’t have that. I’ve gone through all the screens multiple times. Something must be working as the - + symbols are lit up on the physical buttons and it shows up on the setting menu of the Uconnect. There just isn’t anything on the evic menu..... Yes I made sure it was in run when changes were made. Does yours have the trailer controls in the evic? I’m assuming there should be something there....

I have just tried installing the factory brake controller and I have a couple questions. Should I have a new screen in the evic for the brake controller? I do have the Uconnect settings for the trailer brake selections but nothing in the evic to set gains or anything. Followed the directions...
