Getting the board all setup. Finally getting rid of the stock amp and use all my own.

Im going with the Fosgate DSR1 and dumping the factory amp altogether. this will let you get clean sig into the amps without a high to a low-level processor. Also it's a full DSP. Running a CAB 2000.1 on 2 power acoustics 10 for now. Still waiting on parts. DSR1

It does but unless you bring up the screen there is no way to exit it. I like it when parking but not backing up the boat.

Has anyone tried to take a 8.4 uconnect 8.4 nav and put it into a 5th gen ram? looks like the same system and with the bypass, you can add what you need for your truck.

I found out don't turn on anything that said Police it will disable your locks lol. I did the lights one and yep electric locks no longer work till I turn it off...

Do you have a condensed parts list? It looks like I only need 3 parts, Screen with Bezel with only hazards, Control module, and a cable. I have the Alphaobd and the bypass. Am I missing anything? I'm Coming from the 8.4 NonNav.

I did it cause its a truck and it does not need to be as low as a car. I think it cleans up the front bumper and makes it look more aggressive. They put them on for that .01 more MPG lol

You can take the air dam off it does not give any warning light or codes. I have the lower and the air dam and don’t see any decrease in mpg. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

You will need to update the body control module. Like using an app like Alphaobd and a security bypass cable.
