Tungsten has message seats and those plates in the seats I would suspect are what you feel...I had same impression at first. Make sure to turn the message feature on and feel it extend to your back....then turn off to feel the plates relax back into the seats to make sure.
Buy the Tungsten over Limited....(had 2020 Limited)
Mark Dodge as the dealer...$74K....plus offered top dollar on trade...$212 doc fee and $4 transfer tag plus tax/tag....
1300 miles and my Tungsten phenomenal truck...no issues getting 18MPG...great experience thru Mark and truck rides great...
Noticed same thing in my HO..sits at 2000...my 2020 would hit OD and drop to 1400 to 1500.....on the flip side hit the pedal and you better have something to hold onto...
I just got 34500 for 2020 Limited with 67K miles on it. I thought that was a great price. They are advertising it on their dealer website for $39,999. It has been there for 2 weeks and they just dropped their price to $38,764.

I got 19K off MSRP on my Tungsten order via MD. They also were aggressive on my 2020 Limited trade price so I ended up trading with them.
They used a car hauler...
And for those who are not a big audiophile...RAM uses the XM DVR feature in their trucks...it saves 30 minutes per preset. Huge for when you are in the truck for an extended time you can search/go back 30 minutes on any XM preset you have to listen to your favorite song or better music.
This...
