I added spacers initially but very quickly decided just to order new wheels. I went with Defiant DF07 22x10 with -12 offset
Installed on 305/40 r22 tires with 1.25inch spacer of front and .5inch spacer on rear.
2022 Ram 1500 2wd. 5.7 Diamond black crystal pearl. Lonestar w/night edition package. Goal is to go low and wide to give it a sport truck look.
Had the truck for a while and basically just let the parts pile up in the garage. Finally started installing them.
Belltech front lowering coilovers...
Tires are 305/40 and Wheels are 22x10 -12 offset. I’m also running spacers. I get a little bit of rubbing at full lock, but just the fender liner not too bad.
I had to grind down the top of the lobe from the original arm where I circled to get the relocating brackets to sit low enough.
The other brackets I had to elongate the holes so that they fit, circled that too.
For the away bar links I had to go buy some bolts. Hope this helps some.
Yes, those are the ones I went with. Installed them today and wow, what a difference. I have them set at 9psi and the rear rides so much better.
Just installed my wheels too but now I need to add a 20mm spacer to make the fitment sit perfect
That’s good to hear.
Do you know what air lift kit you’re running? Suspension superstore rec. 60920 for a 4inch drop on the rear. I’m not sure if I should order the 60920 kit or the 7inch length, 60919 kit.
I want to make sure it will fit and work as I do travel with my motorcycles on the...
I went with the Performance coilover kit.
Part number 1063SPC
Front was easy and straight forward. The rear arm relocation brackets and track bar bracket took a little fabrication. What should have been a 4hr job, Took all day to install.
Just installed the Belltech drop kit with front coiolovers. Ran into some issues as well and still trying to figure out how to adjust my pinion angle. I have a 2 piece drive shaft. Getting some vibration at take off.
