I ordered from CJC, and it took less than a week. At the time, they had the UCAs in stock, but I didn't notice they made rears until I went on Thurens' website.
The plan is to install everything next weekend. I'll test them in various scenarios, and the weekend after that, I'll be taking a trip with my trailer. I should be able to provide a decent amount of data/first-hand experience after that.
Current new build list is:
-Fox 2.5 performance elite front and rear
-Thuren UCA
-carli rebel springs
-carli sway bar links
-core 4x4 track rear arms
-timber grove +2” bags
-airlift onboard air
I appreciate the comment! I'm honestly looking to make my 1500 acceptable(compared to my current configuration) for towing until an actual 5th HD RAM comes out.
It's unbelievable that you can't find any info on the Ram 1500 Thuren UCA. Once all the parts arrive, the plan is to write a decent...
Oh, I agree; Zone UCAs are super beefy! The question is, are they comparable or superior to Carli/Thuren in terms of built quality or comments used? Not all expensive parts are indeed better, but Carli/Thuren seem to invest far more time in R&D. Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking Zone UCAs...
Does anyone on here have any firsthand experience with the Ram 1500 thuren UCAs? I am looking at both the Carli and Thuren and know both are solid options.
I currently have a set of Zone UCAs but since I'm upgrading to Fox 2.5 DSCs, I figured it would be a good time to upgrade everything.
I decided to go with a set of Fox 2.5 DSCs. The main reason was for the adjustability and to dial in the suspension for towing, daily driving, and paying in the dirt.
Im going to order a set of Carli Rebel springs to see if that helps in the rear, but worse case ill grab some Timber Grove bags.
Hey guys,
I currently have a Carli Fox commuter kit with 1000HD bags. It tows decently, but I can tell the ride is too soft and needs to be changed. Before we explore options, I'd like to state a few things.
1) This truck was built without a trailer in mind. I never envisioned owning a...
I was looking for extended travel CV axles to eliminate clunking at full articulation hopefully. I just ordered suspensionmaxx sway bar end links, but I figured I'd order CVs also.
The question is, do 2019-2020 share the same CV shaft as 2021+ Rams? TrakMotive has a set but they are for...
Thanks man! I came across the badge on the IG Discover page.

Hey Guys,
I figured it was time to start a 2nd thread on here.
Here is my old truck 2019 Laramie Sport w/ 6112 and 5160 combo on 35s. It was a great truck, but I sold it during COVID and made a KILLING!
After the truck was gone, I immediately regretted selling it; my wife even said I went...
I agree 100%. Just talked to the dealership and I'm going to order a crew cab rebel. They only have yellow ones on the load and I couldn't get past the color lol.
Not megacab, sorry. Three trucks in my local area are from 2019-2020, and they are quad cabs. I checked them out in person, but not sure how I feel about the small back seat area. My Laramie was a crew cab and all that room was amazing.
Still working with the dealership on a white 2019 rebel...
