i just switched from OEM oil to Amsoil, my rep told me to change the Amsoil OE out along with filter at no more than 5,000 miles this first go round as the Amsoil will pull or clean all the deposits out of the engine. I will do this then switch to XL, as I personally believe this oil is far...
I would also give these a look......Vredestein Pinza AT’s. Not super aggressive but work well for my applications of towing a boat and in the winter some snow and ice, they perform well in the rain but it takes about 500 miles to have them work well in rainy conditions for some reason, may be...
I’m running Vredestein AT Pinza on my 2019 Bighorn, stock tire size, not overly aggressive and my mileage did not suffer from going from Highway tires to AT, lost 4 MPG for the first 500 miles on the tires, then stabilized and get 1MPG less with these tires. I run from Kentucky to Lake Superior...
No, when picking up the truck all they told me was it failed the test that is performed, the TSB that RAM put out says to change 3 parts with the tank being last. Again RAM knows this is an issue and they replaced all 3 to minimize me and other people having this problem with multiple trips back...
Update, got my truck back today. They replaced the tank and the filler tube and fuel vapor vent. Total out of pocket was 1,472 dollars. Immediately went and filled truck, it worked…imagine that!
I did not, I understand that my warranty is out, and I accept it, but there is something to say of the old school thinking of on faith, cause RAM knows it’s an issue
Finally got the truck into dealership, they are replacing the tank and filler to fix the issue. Parts on order and will drop off the truck when they arrive. Provided them with the TSA for the fuel filler issues, no help with warrenty. 907 dollars out the door and was told if it ever becomes a...
Radio is an unreliable test, distance from station transmitter, solar flares and such totally distort radio. If Bluetooth, cd if you are equipped with it all sound good. I would suspect radio interference happening
So I just switched from Bridgestone dueler highway tires to Vredestein Pinza AT tires. Premise for this was I tow a boat and the tires on the truck did nothing for me when putting the boat in or taking it out of the water. Very steep boat ramps where I boat and wanted a tire that had very good...
I have these, 1,000 miles on them, good in wet conditions, only a little more noise than shock Bridgestones that came with the truck https://www.vredestein.com/car-suv-tires/products/2041-PINZA-AT/
Purchased my Ram 1500 longhorn used From dealership, have had truck a year with no issues up until a month ago. I cannot fuel the truck without 500 clicks very irritating. I do have the service number to show my local dealership, hoping they do the right thing and fix for free cause this should...
