This would have been a better refresh for the 2025 RAM 1500 or the HD's. I wonder if this is a one off, an AI rendering, or can we buy this as a aftermarket?
TFL Truck tested the SO pulling a 11,000 trailer in 91 to 98 degree heat up a long 2 lane road. They had previously tested a 3.5 Ecoboost and Chevy 6.2 1500. Both of those trucks had overheated and they had to stop. The Hurricane made it all the way up with out a problem. But after they stopped...
There's been a lot of people on here complaining about missing the sound of the hemi. I wonder if the people in the Corvette are also complaining about the missing the v8 sound. I mean American v8 sound. (Cross plane v8). The new Vettes sound much different with the flat plane v8. Would Hemi...

I know it sounds crazy but think, a Hurricane engine with all the heavy duty components of the HO engine but derated to 430 hp and 470 ft/lbs. This would match the Ford Godzilla 7.3. This would simplify Rams engine production. I can't wait for the feedback. LOL.
I actually hope for the cummins...
Why is it so difficult to build a reliable engine? They engineer and test them to every extreme. Is it poor engineering, insufficient testing, poor manufacturing control or the bean counters? It's most likely all of the above. Next, if a company knows of an issue, why don't the fix it? Examples...
