Yup, that did it. Took the old one apart and found the wires. 2 wire, just swapped them and it's perfect. -

Mirrors out of sync
I just replaced my side view mirrors, both were suffering the clicking when folding but I took one out with a fence pole so figured I do them both. Everything working fine except now they are out of sync! ie when drivers is out, passengers is folded in and vice versa. Tried extending the drivers...
