just curious was there gas in the fill neck when you filled the tank this last time. with the second flapper closed and the overflow of gas did some gas remain in the fill neck?
I also had to look it up. I'm thinking that if the ESIM were defective and not working properly that it would have created a fault code and I should have a check engine light, which I did not have.
Had truck at dealer today. They claim the ESIM was defective and replaced it. They added fuel 3 different times as part of the troube shooting process. They tried putting in gas and could only get 3 gals. before it shut off. They changed the ESIM and then were able to fill the tank. I'm not...

I am now down to 1/4 tank of gas. However, fill tube is still full of gas. With gas in fill tube I'm sure that I wont be able to add any more full. (But I haven't tried) Truck goes in to dealer this Friday.
Thank you for your response. I do not trying adding more fuel after initial click. Only this time as I was expecting a lot more gas to go in. Thinking defective or over sensative pump nozzle.

Fuel range showed 79 miles. Pump shut off after only 8 gals. (Should have taken about 20 gals.) I now have gas all the way up the fill tube to the flapper. Fuel gauge shows a little less than a half tank. The fuel range now jumps around between 175-205. IS the fuel range and/or the fuel...
