do you think that remote switch would work if its placed under the hood in the engine compartment somewhere and activated in the cab? I need something for lights and there are few options for a switch IN my truck - this could solve my problem! thanks

Nothing came up on a search here which surprised me. Because I have to park with my truck and dash facing the sun, I would like to find a good cover/mat.
