I'm for sure being too anal..I want perfection (because I love dialing in suspensions), but have to remember the Ram's a heavy, solid axle truck..there is no perfection (unless I throw ~7-8 grand into suspension upgrades at it)🤣
I also have ORG/ORP springs on Eibachs..set to 1.6" total front leveled lift (Clip#2).
The ride is fantastic on mostly smooth surfaces. When I hit cracks in the road, I can hear them but don't feel them..probably, that's due to the OEM Bridgestone Dueler tires.
In the rear, I have OEM...
Your 3.21 gear effectively becomes a 3.10 gear when going from a 275/55R20 to a 275/60R20 tire..that is barely any difference..I suspect you need to use AlfaOBD or Jscan, etc to reprogram the PCM/TCM for tire size/speedometer to get the trans recalibrated back closer to OEM characteristics again.
Thanks for that advice!
This morning, I was back to the 275/60s to keep it simple and same weight..now I'm leaning back to the 285/60s.
I know the 285s will have a more satisfying look! The tread is 16/32 compared to 12/32 on 275/60s or 11/32 on 275/55s..in theory, more rubber should mean more...
I will say that I did play up & down with cold psi quite a bit, and in the end found that the factory suggested 39psi cold (which runs up to ~41-42psi warm) is definitely the sweet spot for my setup..so maybe set your psi to a similar 20" wheel psi like mine and then fine tune it a bit if desired.
"Just saying"...very well said!
I do believe the Eibach coilovers & reservoir rears are digressive valved, like the Bilsteins, but seem to remember that the Pro-Truck struts and reverse-body rears are progressive valved..putting them in between Bilsteins and Fox 2.0s performance and comfort...
I have Fuel Variant 20x9-1mm wheels coming tomorrow.
I'm struggling with the 275/60R20 vs 285/60R20 debate also.
My OEM Laramie w/t pkg weighs ~72lbs.
If I go with 275/60R20 Firestone Destination AT2s or Bridgestone Dueler Ascent ATs the weight would still be 72lbs (4lbs heavier tire, 4lbs...
I have Eibach Pro-Truck struts/shocks...using 1" ORP springs (matched to OEM) on Front set on Clip #2 (0.6") for 1.6" Leveled Lift, and using OEM Rear springs (RR cut 1 full coil off to level RR/LR) with Airlift bags at 5psi.
I have Front swaybar Energy Suspension Poly-E 36mm bushings and have...
Same here...had to swap Surround Camera back for Alexa.
My Surround Sound switched Off for both recent updates and I had to turn back on.
My Floorboards showed "Stored" Mode and wouldn't take "Auto" Mode..but worked as thought they were in "Auto" Mode.
Also..very strange..initially, programming...
I find that when my Nav Split Screen Profile won't Auto-load or is being sluggish, I can "push" it to load by tapping the Navigation Button to load Nav Screen in 12" then tap Home Button and 6" Nav Split Screen usually loads..but not always.
Just got the latest-latest UConnect Update today...🤞🙏
