Newest software version of 2022 12 inch radio?
Mine ended up failing 4 times, but finally took on the 5th one. It did reset some of my settings, but nothing major. I'm now on 35.26- Toopty

Add me to the list of users that got the 29.44 update back in April on my 2022 1500 Limited, I didn't have any problems other than the quirky stuff that happens the first 24 hours after a update (speed limits were wrong, and the temps looked funny) that all resolved by itself.
