The last thing I did was, I used Permatex clear “FLOWABLE” silicone around rear windows on the exterior of the truck, hopefully this covers it. Wish me luck. Mitch

When pulling the 3rd brake light, I saw white residue about 3 inches a long the top gasket. So maybe water coming in?. I cleaned the area and wiped off gasket and used Black Permatex silicone gasket, putting a bead on existing gasket and re mounted light. Better safe than sorry.

Hey people this is what I observed while doing repairs on my truck. Water was coming out from under RF antenna hen I pressed down on it. I cleaned dried area and used Permatex black gasket silicone to repair.

Got my truck back yesterday. RF module faulty. Dealership said they couldn’t find any water intrusion. Much rain tonight on radar. I’m gonna put a towel between rear seat and window and wait. This a.m. went out to truck and towel on passenger side is damp and windows foggy. More to follow but...

Called dealership today still No update on truck, shortage of techs. Has anyone done anything to try to protect the rf module besides sealing all windows and such.

Try to fix it. A lot of videos on Youtube. Because if you don't what happen to me might happen to you. Water gets to the RF module behind the rear seat and shuts everything down, no fobs no start just alarms going off. Now mine is at the dealer and for how long?, who knows.

Get hold of Ram Cares and see if they can help you. I'm going through the same with my 2021. Although mine is under 36 month warranty. and my Rf module fried as well.

Mine too, just last week. No fobs work and when u use the key all alarms going off. I found out through this forum that it most likely is a rear window leak and your RF module which in on the back wall of your Ram gets wet and shorts out. I still haven’t heard from the dealership about mine but...

I haven’t heard back from the dealership as of yet but, I called my service advisor about what I’ve found out about window and third brake light issues in the forums. I didn’t say anything about the Class action because I didn’t want them to take a defensive position with me and delay my truck...

My 2021 Ram is in the dealer now, How did you fix the leak. Please I don't really trust the dealer.
