When I get the error my buttons at the top are red the whole time I'm driving. I did push the call button and it starts to connect the call but I canceled it. Also when I get the error I noticed that the voice command feature does not work. It will listen but does not execute the command. When I...
He just said they've had some success with the problem. He did say they have to take the dash apart i'm guessing to get to the telematics box. He said sometimes it's as simple as a bad connection but that they have replaced the box/antenna module/and cables at times. I don't know how they...
I was looking at 1 year old trucks when I bought mine and the Laramie was on average about 5-6 thousand more and most did not have the work features I wanted like bed utility group, off road group, trailer brake etc. Also I was looking for a quad cab which isn't available in a Laramie anymore...
I agree with this the most I think. People often overlook payload especially when camping because you ultimately load up the truck with lots of crap and you need to factor in all weight, towing and payload. That being said shorter gears will definitely help off the line but also at highway...
I've always been a BF Goodrich All Terrain fan but looking to try something new. I'm ready to flip a coin between the Wildpeak AT4 and Cooper Rugged Trek. My truck came with the Wildpeak at3wa from the factory but they are lower grade then true at3w. now that the new Wildpeaks came out they look...
Also I did check with a local dealership and the service manager checked and didn't see it as an option for them to add, but a thech told me that some sales codes need to be added by FCA and can't be done by dealers but again I don't know for sure if that's true.
Somebody told me that a sales code can't be added if it was not an option from the factory. so with passive entry not being an option on the bighorn the sales code can't be added. I don't know for sure if this is true but it's what I was told by a Chrysler tech.
Just completed the tailgate ajar warning on mine today. Had to swap out the right side latch as mine didn't have the sensor. Also had to swap out the wire harness but after that enabled it with Alpha and everything seems to work great. The reason I wanted to add it was it now turns on the bed...
When mine does it the buttons are red the whole time I'm driving even after touching ok to clear the error message. When I don't get the error message the buttons are not lit at all (red or green).
Yeah I agree with rebelwraith, The warlock is actually a 4th gen truck. I would not recommend spacers for 4ht gen trucks. the top of the strut tower is a little different and spacers will end up causing issues. The best way to go for 4ht gen is adjustable struts. like mentioned above the...
Mine acted the same way, use the one in the instrument cluster Scroll up/down to the trailer page then right to trailer light check. That works on mine. I enabled mine with alpha obd.
My truck had the same issue, was fine at lower speeds but would feel like it was stuck on one the teeth in the rack at highway speed. The really weird part was it only did it on left turns. Mine was replaced by my local dealer under warranty, thank god. Hope you get yours taken care of.
Yes the new generation anti spin diffs are not actually limited slip because they are not pre-loaded and act like an open differential until enough torque difference causes them to lock (my guess is they did this for fuel economy), so yes it's more like the GM locking diff but still acts...
