I've purchased several cars and trucks out of state, and buying from Mark Dodge was the easiest transaction. They send the registration paperwork to the local DMV, and the DMV notifies you when they get the paperwork. Mark Dodge was the only one of dealers I bought from (in three different...
I've had several Hemi Rams, including an e-Torque, and now have a Tungsten with the Hurricane. I loved the hemi sound, but I would never go back. The Hurricane is awesome.
I actually checked with World Parts Direct when I was looking. They showed them as in stock online at the time, but then told me they'd be on backorder. Glad they got them back in stock!
That's funny. The same thing happened to me with the 2025 Limited I traded in on this Tungsten. They both had the Ram Boxes and MF tailgate, so I thought the rails would be the same. I didn't think about the Tungsten coming with the factory tonneau cover. If I'd have been smarter, I would have...
I went with the RetraxPro MX. I had it on my last Ram and really liked it. I hope you have better luck getting those rails that I did. It took me forever to find them actually in stock. I ended up having to buy one from two different dealers.
Welcome aboard!! Don't' blame you at all for being upset, I would be too! At least they found the issue right away and can get a replacement pretty quick. Hopefully this will be the last issue you have with it.
The website didn't say why. I put in what model truck I have, and it just said that they won't fit. Maybe I'll send them an email and ask. Looking for any other options as well!
I'm thinking about replacing the stock wheels on my 2026 Tungsten. It has the Off Road package. I was thinking about something like this, but the Catalyst site says that they won't fit my truck. I plan on keeping the tires that came with the truck, and won't be making any other suspension...
The Amazon ad is a little confusing. It says that : Exclusions: Not compatible with Multi-Function (Split) tailgate" but the truck in the pictures actually has the Multi-Function tailgate.
I have to add to this. I'm on my sixth Ram. Two 2008 Laramies with the Hemi, a 2017 Big Horn with an Eco Diesel, a 2023 Laramie with eTorgue, a 2025 Limited, and a 2026 Tungsten with the Hurricane. I have had nothing other than minor issues with any of them. I realize that luck has been a big...
I wasn't looking for the option when I bought my Tungsten, but the truck I liked had it. I do think it was worth the price, though. Even though I rarely go offroad, I like having the skid plates installed.
