Just for anyone else out there still doing research on this.
I just installed toyo open country AT3 285 75 18 with stock rims, stock rebel suspension and they fit, they do not rub anywhere, my biggest concern was the upper control arms but they clear them no problem.
Next will be a 2 inch...
PPF won't stick to the black powder coated bumpers BUT you can PPF the silver skid plate. I have my skid plate done with matte PPF and the rest of the truck with gloss PPF. Except the bumpers. Which I touch up with that rock guard in a can and a toothpick everytime I get a rockchip on it...
Black matte plastidip matches pretty good, also that rock guard in a can. Just spray a bit in a plastic cup or inside the lid and then use a toothpic to touch the rockchips up. That way the metal won't rust.
This sounds like an exhaust leak or the weep holes. There's 2 on the front and 2 on the back on each resonator. Plug them all and that paper bag sound will go away.
