Nothing! I have tried everything android auto wont even work tried 6 different types of cables this is all it says

Hello everyone and thanks for the ad. I am new to ram and just purchased a 2019 ram 1500 larime longhorn 24k miles. I noticed that my compass was just a dash and the navigation thinks I'm in a river in Kentucky while I'm in Michigan also I can not get android auto or Apple car play to work...
