I still have to get all of my paperwork gathered up and sent to my lawyer, but if you guys are having issues DO NOT trade into a new RAM vehicle. I did the same thing. I've been dealing with this bs for about a year now or lil longer. First truck I bought im June 18, literally had 10-12 problems...
Probably the route I will go these new RAM are POS!! Mine has only got about 30 more problems that can't be fixed that's probably the only option, most likely lemon law at this point.... Buyers beware ram service centers are horrible as well as the quality of the vehicle itself..
Everyone, I think I have found the issue with the wind noise! I think!!?? (I don't have the whistle but more of a wind tunnel or door open especially when it's windy but this may solve some of the whistle as well). At the bottom of the truck on each side where all of the seams come together...
I probably need to do the same! I got mine back from the dealership and again( probably the 10th time for several issues plus the wind noise) absolutely nothing fixed as usual! I dont think they do anything but wait 1-2 days then call and say they can't find anything. Even if I ride with them...
If it's the seal in between the cab in the bed I already installed that myself and I'm still having the same issues but I'm not really sure what the cab seal is referring to...
I'm super curious to figure out what they did to cure this problem. I've been looking for a solution since day one. Thank God for these forums, where would we be without them LOL. Maybe they can finally solve this problem. I know without pushing the dealer in a certain direction they just tell...
Lloyd,
If if you figure anything out let me know. Mine is exactly the same, it's like a strange howling wind noise ( not really a whistle) on my passenger side. If I crack the window just slightly not enough to let wind in but it quietens down substantially..
If you come up with a solution please let me know. I've been dealing with this issue among several others but I've been unable to pinpoint the source. Also brought to the dealership 3 times for this issue and they've replace weather shipping front and rear now it's worse LoL....omg this truck...
I've only posted here a couple of times but I to gyave the irritating wind noise, but not really a whistle just sounds like something is open. I've posted before about all my other issues on page 13 I think. This is my second RAM (had to trade the first one off due to issues) but daily I'm...
Mine is a Laramie sport 4x4 with the sport Hood and color matching everything (I believe it's Ivory White/. It's a really nice truck and I love the interior but the problems just outweigh everything. I've got to the point where I can't even stand driving thing... Now if I were only to have a...
Yeah I figured it was just a fluke but had the second truck was built specially for me in Detroit (I think) and shipped within 12 days. I had corporate involved and things got pushed through pretty quick because my other truck had some serious issues and they had no clue how to fix it. Second...
I've been following these RAM threads for some time now. Im having wind noise but it's more like something is open or widt is getting in between the door and plastic panel on my passenger side. Anyone else getting this strange wind buffering noise also? I've tried everything and cannot find the...
