I'm dealing with the same issue. It is a 2025 Tungsten; I have only put 200 miles on it in 7 weeks. It's so uncomfortable. I traded my 2019 Limited for this after waiting 8 months on the order. It is currently at the dealership in Arizona; they have no idea what is wrong. It's missing the "seat"...
