I pulled mine last week.
This is all highway miles. 55,000 miles. Before and after.
Just a heads up, really easy to loose the bolt holding the map sensor. couple hours with 2 magnets and no go.
So Dont loose the bolt.
Another thing, if you try and rewove Map its going to have to come out on...
I think this is what happened to me. I installed a ABS module from a 2022 Limited into my Rebel and enabled adaptive cruise etc from Alpha along with your harness etc.
I did this mid 2024.
When I took truck in they flashed my ABS with the update.
It seemed like it also installed some other stuff...
I think it has to do with the ABS module swap.
I think when the dealership did the brake booster flash, it saw I had a Limited model ABS and updated the software for a Limited model that has front sensors???.
I think when it updated it also added a few things from the limited into my Rebel...
I installed a New Brake Booster from a wrecked Limited eco diesel.(same year 2022).
Updated all the stuff in Alpha.
Couple weeks ago dealership did Brake Booster recall.
Now once in a while a Loud ringing goes off for several minutes: It tells me to clean from sensors.??/
I am assuming since I...
Just to confirm PPE Does make a pan for New 2020-2024 Dodge Ram eco diesel.???
Checked there website and lists a pan for 2014-2018 Eco diesel???.
Would like to swap out my pan for a PPE replacement.
Thanks.
The problem is the Rams are really heavy.
If you went to the track the 3:92 would kill the 3:21 in the 1/4 mile.(My Thoughts).
But I would put money on it.
I was driving home a couple weeks ago and just filled up with Premium diesel at Shell.
Once I got on the highway I reset my odometer to see if Premium would help.(I monitor all my full tank mileage).
There was a (pretty good tailwind) and I had cruise control set to 111KMs hour.
Its 75KMs from...
22inch rims and ****ty tires dont help.
People thinking 3:21 is good for a truck???
It is once your doing 80MPH on the highway, but getting there will be better with 3:92.
My mileage increase a lot just by going to a good highway tire.

Just installed a set last week.

Now that we had a good dump I am posting up my thoughts.
The Good:
1. Very deep lugs for going through deep snow.(18/32nds I believe).
2. Directional tread, seems to help with tracking.
3...
Its your oil filter.
Dont ask me how I know.
The fact that it happens to everyone right after oil change should be the clue.
The problem is: If you dont thread it just right it wont seat right.
Yooull know when you got it right, it takes about 20% more turns to tighten.
I bought my 2022 eco because my 2014 eco had 292,000 KMs on it and I was worried at some point it might give up the ghost.
I do credit GDE since it was tunes really early in its life.
The only problem I had with my 2014 was tranny went,(Might be because I used to tow a tandem dump trailer full...
My 2022 with a Eco gets about 32MPG.
My 2014 eco got about the same with a GDE tune.
Switching out the ****hole Goodyear tires helped a lot.
My Rebel is just for highway, thus the HT tires.
Unable to buy a 2022 eco in any other trim unfortunately.
Defenders used to be great.
One of the best for mileage and very quiet.
Also lasted a long time, but it seems reviews are not as impressed as they used to be.
I used to swear by Michelin until I bought some for my wifes Audi.
They were so noisy I actually went back to the tire shop and...
Thanks.
Just confirmed what I was thinking.
Didnt realize I would drop to a C rated tire, but the Continentals have a very strong sidewall so I should be alright.
With the price of diesel in Canada, need to find some savings.
Cheers.
The only thing I can comment on is:
The longer wheelbase should offer a better ride, along with of coarse more capacity.
Not enjoying my 5.7 box after having the longer bed.
Looking to change out my 10 ply Terrain Contact HT to there lower D rated 116T tire.
Currently running there 10 ply tire weighing in at 59pds per tire and rated to 3400+ lbs per tire.
Looking at the same tire but D rated 49pds @2756pds rated per tire.
Question: Would loosing 10 pds rotational...
