My 2006 Chevy 2500HD made a similar tranny noise. It was a known issue with the 4L80E planetary gears. Not know to be detrimental to longevity beyond the annoyance. Hopefully the dealer/RAM can take care of you under warranty. Good use of action cam getting that recorded.
