Thanks for your informative answer. I have done all service requirements on schedule, and just wanted to be sure about 40K. I'm going to an independent due to the attitude of just about every person in my purchase-dealership's service department.
I'm about 500 miles shy of 40K. My dealership in south Austin has been far less than responsive to phone calls and inquiries for what I've needed in the past, so I've been using a closer independent for oil changes, etc., and keep all receipts for oil changes and what-not. For two days, I've...
Would he be receiving an actual reply? I've sent you two PMs, identical, same subject, and have yet to hear from you. Your name says something that your actions do not.
My 2019 original windshield had suction cup marks as well. I got hit by a rock at about 300 miles, resulting in two-foot long horizontal crack just below the wipers. The new OEM replacement had no marks, but that was done by Satellite.

I'm back up to the mid-17s (computer readout) in the city, but mine definitely took a drop from 18.5-19 after the V71 recall. I spoke to the dealer and they're going to do a mileage check at the 5K oil change.
Best of luck, sir. Coming from a 2015 XLT that needed an entire engine replacement at 27,000 miles, and paint peeling from the roof at 56,000, I say that from personal experience.
Ford called the latter "normal wear and tear", not to be covered under an extended warranty.
This is my first Ram, a 2019 4x2, after having owned a Tundra, Chevy, and my most recent disaster...a 2015 F150. After having the engine replaced in the last one, still under warranty, my roof paint started peeling. Ford claimed it was "normal wear-and-tear". I'm done with them.
The Tundra...
