I know this is an old thread, but I just had the same thing happen to me. Sent a message to FCA Customer Assistance to try and get some level of explanation why. All the dealer/service advisor would tell me is he "entered the part number and the system told him it wasn't covered under warranty"

Have you changed out your interior lights w LEDs? I think I read some of them cause interference w the fob Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Started putting it in the garage last night. Tight enough for that I have to fold both mirrors in but I have plenty of room front to back. Kind of a pain to get out and fold the mirrors in/out each time but worth it to be out of the weather. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I just got the Bedrug BRT09BXK (fits 09+ with Rambox) and installed it on my Bighorn with the 5'7 bed w/ Rambox. Fit perfectly.

So mine are warped pretty bad on both ends. Around 1/4” above the bed. Those of you who went back to the dealer with the issue, did you make a service appointment or just drive in to get it looked at? And do I need to go to the dealer I purchased from? There’s a closer dealer if I can go there...

Did you ever get a definitive answer? Just bought a new house and geting my Ram in the garage is looking like a very tight squeeze, and maybe not possible even if i folded the mirrors in :(
