I've got them on my ram and been pretty happy with them. The driver's side is starting to rust a bit but Tyger is supposed to be sending me a replacement shortly looks like there was a pin hole left where it was welded.
Not sure if their prices are stable as of yet it looks like they want 4K for the 12" display now and the 8.4" with nav is almost up to 3K for those prices I'd be inclined to stick with the 5" or try buying the parts for the 8.4" separately since it sounds like it can be done for less buying the...
In my case it looked like I'd need the following parts but I'm opting to wait to see what infotainment will offer in comparison.
2019 DODGE RAM 1500 HEAT A/C RADIO CONTROLLER SINGLE ZONE 8.4" SCREEN 68340283AC - $150.00 ish on ebay
UConnect 4C Nav with 8.4 inch Touch Screen UAQ Radio Module...
I spent a couple hours getting my Challenger ready for a car show tomorrow so went ahead and washed the truck and applied some vinyl protection to the tonneau cover while I had the cleaning supplies out. I'm almost tempted to take the truck.
Take it easy

Added a couple things over the weekend. My son (7) trying to be helpful has attempted to open the tailgate a couple times which really made me cringe so I opted to add the Mopar tailgate dampener. I knew from the instructions posted on here it went behind the tail light but had trouble...
Got to agree with you there the aftermarket Wildpeak A/T 3W were a great tire on my Grand Cherokee for 40K miles. I just put them on the 1500 last month but still think they're great. Only place they felt a little unhappy was deep clay aside from that they hooked up well.
I think I prefer the contrast but I'd not be surprised to find I'm in the minority on that. :). also think the background of the 1500 hoood insert blacked out would be more appealing to me pulling in more of the black.
Yeah there's really something to wrenching with your childern. When I was my daughters age I "helped" my uncle while he was changing rotors and pads on his 73 cutlass supreme. Looking back on it now I'm sure I was slowing him down, like my daughter was slowing me down, but if the lasting...
Will a 275/70/18 fit on the wheel the temporary spare is on I wasn't sure if I needed to mount it on the stock big horn wheels or if the stock spare rim is big enough.
Jake's has the Rebel wheels and Duratrac tires nice looking truck! I've got a big horn running 33" tires without lift and level so far no rub at full lock forward or backwards Falken Wildpeak A/T3W 275/60/20 on mine.
Added a tailgate bedrug this morning hopefully it'll protect the tailgate when I get some cinder block and landscaping blocks later. The bed mat is from DeeZee I got it a couple weeks ago and it handled the last load of landscaping materials pretty well. Also I scored a 15 dollar colaspable RV...
Nice deal I was looking during lunch and it looked like it''d be a grand or so (600.00 for the module, 300 for the screen and 150ish for the new bezel) I'll have to keep a lookout for a take off. It almost looked cheaper to go over to 12.1 with some of the take offs that were listed on Ebay.
Sounds good with the radio and bezel how much has the swap cost so far? Figured it'd be good to have a ball park to compare it to once the infotainment options are available.
I just added 20" wheels to my big horn and some of the rougher ride will be from going to a stiffer sidewall A/T tire. I think my ride is a slightly more rough when driving over frost heaves and pot holes and I might have lost an mpg or two but I'm loving the wheel and tire change.
I think that's still a bit of an unknown right now. From what I've read on other conversions it sounds like the Navigation was being handled by a seperate module when some were trying to convert 8.4 without nav to 8.4 with nav or even 12 setup with nav. I figured I'd wait till the fall and see...
Thanks I'm debating wrapping a portion of the front bumper black leaving the beveled edges for the light pokets in chrome and the lower middle section in chrome.
