My dog is unable to get into the back of the truck by himself and I'm worried that I'm going to hurt him or myself lifting his 80 lbs in and out of the backseat.
He's got a setup like this so I can't even use the floor as a lower tier. I have these steps (not my dog or truck) but the back door...
I'm looking at the Air Lift 1000 to help with the squat when towing our camper. I already have an air compressor mounted under the hood so I don't need the Air Lift package that comes with a compressor. I can fill the bags to my towing psi easily enough, but I don't want to have to remember to...
Forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong forum.
I just installed the Cold Air Intake on my 2020 1500 Laramie. This was something I bought YEARS ago and just never got around to installing it until this morning.
The install was quick and simple, and it wasn't until the very end that I...
I bought this pre-covid and it's been sitting in the garage since. Not sure what finally kicked me to get it done but it's on and it looks great.
I got it to remove the obnoxious OEM intake box and to make room for a compressor. I'm not concerned with any additional power - if any.
Install...
Apologies if this isn't the right subject forum....
I'm about to install some emergency responder blue lights in my 1500. I have a control switch to control the functions of the lights, and have found where I can bring the wire inside and up to the controller. I'm just having issues figuring...
The aftermarket rear bumper I'm putting on has built-in LED cubes. I'm curious if there's a splitter harness available that would allow me to splice these into the reverse lights?
I'll be replacing my front and rear bumpers as well as the grille. The front bumper has a pretty big dent and the grille has a small crack. There is nothing wrong with the rear bumper.
Before I toss the take-offs, is there a market for the OEM damaged parts?
I've noticed that the automatic trailer detection changes the size of my trailer. Sometimes it sees it as 20' and sometimes it's 30'.
The camper is about 20' hitch to back, so it's not a huge deal if it thinks it's longer. But why?
I have a few higher priced MOPAR items on my wish-list and was hoping that there would be someplace having a sale this week. Google showed me that eastcoastmoparts.com had Black Friday sales in the past, but I don't see anything posted for this year. There's nothing really posted in the Vendor...
Just curious as to what everyone carries with them for emergencies, etc.
I have a set of BuiltRight panels in the bed. So far I have a bag with jumper cables, a wired impact driver for tire changes on one side with two empty bags waiting. Then there's a Denver Multi-tool strapped to the other...
Does anyone else keep a cheapish corded impact driver in the truck for emergencies? I keep one strapped to my storage panels in the bed of the truck just in case. Also means I'm more likely to stop and help someone if I don't have to break my back to do so.
work smarter, not harder.
This seems like a stupid question, but if I have an air tank for a set of air horns, do I leave the air compressor on all the time to refill the tank when necessary?
I'm looking to open up some space in the engine bay for a compressor and air tank and was wondering if there are other options other than the MOPAR CAI.
Thanks
Is there a way to have the Pedal Commander keep it's settings? I change it to sport mode, but next time I start the truck, it's back in City. Any + or - settings are also not saved.
Due to a moment of stupidity, I have the opportunity (need) to replace my front bumper. Any suggestions on an aftermarket option? Maybe something that has a lightbar in it and will allow me to reuse my parking sensors (I promise I'll keep them on this time).
I'm considering putting in a pair of auxiliary reverse lights and have a wiring question.
I want them to obviously come on when I'm in reverse, but I also want to wire them to my switch to be able to turn them on any other time (think camping setup, etc.).
Do I really need a full wiring...
