idles fine, 5.7 sounds normal, upon acceleration, I hear this high pitch whine, as it changes gears, I'm guessing the tranny, (gotta be) but no ill effects other than this sound, steady state cruising, like 55-70 mph, wind noise, 5.7 rpm basically masks the whine, what the hell is it...
